Sears Holdings Announces Date for 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) announced today that the 2008 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at the Company's headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Ill., on Monday, May 5, 2008.
In addition, the company announced that March 10, 2008 has been fixed as the record date for determination of the stockholders of the Company entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
