Sears Holdings Announces Date for 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Company also to announce 2008 Q4 and full year earnings February 26
Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) announced today that the 2009 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at the Company's headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Ill., on Monday, May 4, 2009.
In addition, the company announced that March 6, 2009 has been fixed as the record date for determination of the stockholders of the Company entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting of stockholders.
The company also announced that it currently plans to release financial results for its fiscal 2008 fourth quarter and full year on February 26, 2009, before the market opens. In addition, the company plans to file with the SEC its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended January 31, 2009 on or before April 1, 2009.
