Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) - 2010
For six years, Sears Holdings has received a 100 percent score from the HRC Foundation’s CEI report. This score is based on an analysis and rating of large U.S. employers and their policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. Additionally since 2008, the company has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for GLBT Equality by HRC.
